We design tools, models and frameworks to demystify the work of shapeshifters. All our resources are released in beta version under a Creative Commons Attribution licence (CCBY). 

Completed drafts

• Self-Assessment Test — a mirror for shapeshifters to reflect on their core competencies. Take the test through this link, use the code "shapeshifter". 

• Competency Framework — an expanded description of the seven core shapeshifter competencies, and ways to develop them further.  Read it here. 

In the works (coming soon) 

• Shapeshifter Theory — Understanding shapeshifters as function, craft, carreer and disposition. 

• Shapeshifter Agenda — system-level enablers for policy change: HR frameworks, contracting norms, recognition pathways. 

• Shapeshifter Literature — A structured exploration of key texts exploring shapeshifting, in four categories: boundary-spanning roles, fractional careers, cross-sector work, knowledge brokering. 

As part of our documenting efforts, we also monitor signals from adjacent fields and collect shapeshifter stories.
